• Highest Score for Housekeeping – #1
• Highest Score for Front Office – #1
• Second Highest Score for F&B Service – #2

In addition, Aston Cilegon Boutique Hotel received the Second Highest Score for Engineering Arch Audit in the 4-5 Star Hotel Category, and Aston Anyer Beach Hotel was awarded the Top Ten Highest Audit Score for the Human Resources Department.
