The MoU signing took place in the meeting room on the 4th floor of the Rectorate Building at Untirta’s Sindangsari Campus, attended by several key figures from both parties. 

This collaboration aims to strengthen the synergy between Aston Hotels in Banten and Untirta, with a primary focus on empowering students and enhancing competencies in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Through this partnership, both parties are committed to creating mutually beneficial programs that enhance the skills of students and the local workforce.

The MoU signing was attended by Untirta’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Fatah Sulaiman, ST., MT., who expressed optimism about the partnership. He was accompanied by several university leaders, including Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ir. Asep Ridwan, ST., MT., IPU., Vice-Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Agus Sjafari, M.Si., Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni, Prof. Dr. Alfirano, ST., MT., Vice-Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Head of Finance and General Affairs along with the team, the Chairman of the Cooperation Working Group, the Chairman of the Public Relations Working Group, and other supporting team members.

In his remarks, Untirta’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Fatah Sulaiman, ST., MT., appreciated the presence of Aston Hotels’ management at the Untirta campus and emphasized the importance of collaboration in improving the quality of education and human resources. "Collaboration is a necessity because we cannot work alone," he stated.

This partnership includes the exchange of knowledge and expertise between academics and practitioners, which is expected to create superior and innovative human resources in the future. With the signing of this MoU, Aston Hotels in Banten and Untirta are committed to maintaining a harmonious relationship and continuing to collaborate on activities that benefit both institutions.
