Employee of Aston Jayapura Hotel & Convention Center Holds Zumba Session for Employee to Enhance Fitness and Work Spirit in the Workplace

Executive Assistant Manager [Mr. Yanelev I Pattinasarny] stated that this activity is part of the company’s initiative to create a healthy and dynamic work environment. “We believe that healthy and fit employees are more productive and have higher work spirit. This Zumba session is one of our ways to ensure the physical and mental well-being of our entire team, “said Mr Yanelev I Pattinasarany.

This Zumba session was led by an experienced professional instructor, [Zin Yanti], who encouraged all participants to move actively to the rhythm of energetic music. With easy-to-follow movements and a lively atmosphere, this event was not only an exercise session but also a way to strengthen relationships among employees.

“Activities like this are very enjoyable and make us feel more refreshed and energized. I feel more motivated after participating in Zumba, and it’s also a great opportunity to interact with colleagues from other departments, “ said [Ms. Defy Arisanti] Assistant Director of Sales, one of the Zumba session participants.

In addition to improving physical fitness, this activity also aims to reduce stress and enhance the mental well-being of employees, which ultimately has a positive impact on performance and guest service.
