Bandung, August 2024 —  Aston Pasteur hosted the Archipelago Food and Beverage Cluster Meeting on August 15, 2024. This event brought together representatives from more than 10 hotels across West Java for a full day dedicated to innovation and pastry product development.

The event began with an opening address from Archipelago's VP of Operations, Mr. Winston, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in the hospitality industry, particularly in the culinary field. "We believe that by bringing experts together, we can continuously strengthen the quality and diversity of the products we offer to guests across the Archipelago hotel network," said Mr. Winston.

The main agenda of the meeting was a pastry product training session led by two renowned chefs from Archipelago, Chef A.S. Windoe and Chef Risman. They shared their deep knowledge and experience in creating pastries that are not only delicious but also innovative. Participants gained valuable insights into the latest techniques, as well as tips and tricks for pastry making.

A special collaboration was also conducted with Pandu Rasa, where Chef Gerald provided a specialized training session on pastry making. Participants had the opportunity to learn directly from an expert and explore various methods for creating high-quality pastries.

The event was supported by several sponsors, including Orang Tua, Pandu Rasa, Baros, and Dels. These sponsors not only supported the event but also presented their flagship products to the participants. This gave attendees the chance to try and evaluate various raw materials and products that could enhance the culinary creations at their respective hotels.
