Mojokerto, August 10, 2024 – When thinking of hotels, most envision comfortable rooms, modern amenities, delicious food, and high prices. Addressing this common perception, Aston Mojokerto introduces Warung Bude Asmojo, showing the public that comfort and great food don’t always have to come with a hefty price tag. Asmojo is an abbreviation for Aston Mojokerto.
Warung Bude Asmojo operates every Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The menu offers a variety of affordable dishes reminiscent of traditional angkringan street food. This angkringan features a selection of snacks and main dishes, including fritters, fried rice, fried noodles, and various instant coffee options.
Prices range from IDR 5,000 to IDR 35,000. Guests can enjoy their meals while watching the live cooking of traditional Indonesian dishes and listen to live music performances. Additionally, traditional Mojokerto batik fabrics and crafts are displayed at each angkringan session.
“The presence of this angkringan is intended to offer affordable food prepared professionally to the standards of a star-rated hotel,” explained Agam, Sous Chef at Aston Mojokerto.
Warung Bude Asmojo aims to provide a distinctive Indonesian atmosphere with its offerings commonly found at street-side angkringan. This beloved social tradition can now be experienced in the outdoor area of Wilwatikta Restaurant at Aston Mojokerto Hotel & Conference Center.
