Canggu, Bali, Indonesia, 31 July, 2024 – Aston Canggu Beach Resort held its monthly General Staff Meeting at the upscale Sky Dining and Bar. This month's meeting coincided with the quarterly selection of the Best Employee of the Month. The nominees this time were Gigih from the Engineering team, Tiwi from the Accounting team, Super from the Housekeeping team, Agus from the Security team, and Dharma from the Kitchen team. The nominees participated in various activities organized by the HR team, including training sessions conducted by Heads of Departments (HOD) and presentations from each candidate. After presenting, the participants were evaluated by the HODs, and the winner was announced at the end of the month during the General Staff Meeting.

The event began with sharing sessions from several HODs related to the Archipelago pillars, including Pak Wisnu (Executive Housekeeping), Pak Murdita (Executive Engineering), Chef Gede (Executive Chef), and Pak Surya (Chief Accounting). Following their sessions, Pak Gusti, the General Manager of Aston Canggu Beach Resort, also gave a brief talk.

After the sharing session, it was time to announce the Best Employee of the Month, which was awarded to Super from the Housekeeping team. "Let everything provided by the HODs be useful for the staff here during their tenure. It's not just about the salary; there is much knowledge and life lessons that can motivate and encourage continued learning and creativity," said Agung, the Food and Beverage Manager of Aston Canggu Beach Resort.

The regular General Staff Meeting and Best Employee of the Month events aim to motivate employees to become the best versions of themselves, both at work and in their personal lives. The knowledge imparted by the mentors plays a crucial role in achieving this motivation, helping employees continuously improve.
