Banjar, July 24, 2024 – Aston Banua Banjarmasin Hotel & Convention Center proudly hosted the "Aston Goes To School" event with the theme How To Make A Flyer in Corel Draw at SMKN 1 Gambut. The event featured Muhammad Rizal, Graphic Designer from Aston Banua Banjarmasin Hotel, as the keynote speaker. Additionally, the event included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Aston Banua Banjarmasin Hotel and SMKN 1 Gambut.

In this session, Muhammad Rizal provided an in-depth presentation on graphic design techniques using Corel Draw, sharing various tips and tricks to create attractive and effective designs. The goal of the session was to provide practical insights to students of the Visual Communication Design (DKV) program, helping them further hone their graphic design skills. The material presented was warmly received by the participants, who showed great enthusiasm in learning design techniques directly from a professional.

In addition to the presentation, the event included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Aston Banua Banjarmasin Hotel and SMKN 1 Gambut. This signing marked the beginning of a sustainable collaboration and represented Aston Banua Banjarmasin Hotel's corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards education and skill development for students.

The Principal of SMKN 1 Gambut, Mrs. Syarifah Khasanah, S.Pd, expressed her appreciation and gratitude for this collaboration. She stated that the event provided valuable opportunities for students to learn directly from professional practitioners and hoped that this partnership would enhance their skills.
