Semarang, June 17, 2024 - Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang once again carries out sharing activities by conducting the slaughter of a limousine cow in celebration of Eid al-Adha 1445H.

Eid al-Adha, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, is a moment for the Muslim community to share by slaughtering sacrificial animals such as goats, camels, cows, or sheep. In Indonesia, the animals typically used for sacrifice are goats, sheep, and cows. This year, on Eid al-Adha 1445H, Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang performed the slaughter of a sacrificial animal on Monday, June 17, 2024, starting at 8:00 AM, by sacrificing one cow.

Before the sacrifice, Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang held Eid al-Adha prayers at Al Fitri Mosque on the 5th floor, led by Ustaz Ahmad Muzakhi. At precisely 8:00 AM, Ustaz Ahmad Muzakhi led his team of ten people to carry out the slaughter of the sacrificial animal, which proceeded smoothly. The results of the slaughter, totaling 350 bags, will be distributed by the Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang committee to the residents around the hotel and orphanages.

This year's Eid al-Adha theme at Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang is “Commemorate Eid al-Adha with Togetherness and Sharing.” With this theme, they aim to instill the essence of Eid al-Adha, which fosters togetherness, working hand in hand from the arrival of the sacrificial animal, the slaughter, to the distribution to those entitled to receive it. The essence of sharing during Eid al-Adha is to provide for the less fortunate, who rarely enjoy meat dishes. During this Eid al-Adha moment, they can enjoy meat dishes, particularly the sacrificial meat from Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang's management.
