Semarang, May 28, 2024 – ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang is introducing a new menu crafted by our Food & Beverage team, available for in-room dining.

This May, we present eight new bed menu items designed for our guests to enjoy in their rooms. The eight new dishes include Ayam Goreng Lamongan, a traditional fried chicken dish with authentic East Javanese sambal; Nasi Goreng Daging Kebab, a special fried rice with kebab meat, corn, fried egg, and emping, combining traditional and Middle Eastern flavors.

 

For seafood lovers, we offer Seafood Kuah Kuning, a combination of squid, dory fish, shrimp, and fish balls in coconut broth, served with warm rice. Another option is our western-style Spaghetti Goreng Tuna, fried spaghetti with an oriental flavor and tuna.

We also offer light meals, such as Cassava Bolognese, a fusion of fried cassava with bolognese sauce, and Pom Pom Chicken, fried chicken and corn served with mentai sauce. The Chicken Salad Wrap features pan-seared chicken cooked with minimal oil to preserve its flavor, combined with lettuce, purple cabbage, corn, onion, and mayonnaise sauce, all wrapped in a tortilla. Lastly, for bulgogi fans, we have the Bulgogi Cheese Sandwich, which combines Korean bulgogi with cheese, mayonnaise, and tomato, wrapped in bread and served with fries.The bed menu is a special offering that can only be ordered in-room through room service. It is designed for guests who are too tired to leave their rooms after a long journey.
