Mojokerto, 20 May 2024 – As the largest private hotel management in Southeast Asia, Archipelago International is always committed to maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction in each of its hotel units. This time, Archipelago International, represented by Mr. Bintang Watjana as Corporate Chief Engineer and Mr. Fazrin Rizki Septiadi as Corporate Executive Housekeeper Central, visited the ASTON Mojokerto Hotel & Conference Center to provide refresher training in the Engineering & HK Workshop.
"We will continue to carry out refresh training and similar activities regularly and consistently for staff and employees at our hotels. "When employees receive good scientific knowledge according to their field, it will also have a good impact when providing service to guests," said Mr. Bintang.
Taking place in the Brawijawa Meeting Room at 15.00, this workshop was attended by a total of 20 staff from the Engineering and Housekeeping departments. Opening with a presentation of material from Mr. Bintang and Mr. Fazrin, the participants were very focused on listening to the material presented, as seen from the serious expressions on their faces while occasionally moving their pens to note down important points. After that, participants were divided into two groups and directed to the room to carry out an independent inspection. Later the results of the inspection will be recorded and presented in front of the presenters.
