Semarang, April 5, 2024 - ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang concluded the series of Berlian Ramadan activities ahead of Eid al-Fitr by organizing a social event, providing iftar packages to local residents.
During this year's Ramadan, ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang carried out several activities in the Berlian Ramadan series. The activities started with inviting children from orphanages to stay, in collaboration with IZI (Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia) Central Java at the beginning of Ramadan. This was followed by a media gathering and a visit to the Sunan Gunung Jati Al Burhan Orphanage in Mangunharjo, Semarang, where essential groceries such as eggs, sugar, rice, and cooking oil were donated. The total donation included 278 kg of eggs, rice, and sugar, and 34 liters of cooking oil, all contributed by the hotel staff and the owner, Mrs. Djoko Wahyudi.
In addition to assisting the community, ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang also showed care for casual workers, parking attendants, and security staff by giving them Eid packages. To conclude the Berlian Ramadan activities, they provided iftar packages consisting of a roasted chicken to 30 local residents around the hotel. The packages were handed over by Mrs. Yuliani Krisharyati, Executive Assistant Manager, and Mr. Ben Susilo, Chief Accountant, along with the SSA team. The residents were delighted with the iftar packages, which could be enjoyed with their families at iftar.
“We are very happy this year to have carried out various sharing activities during Ramadan, and ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang will consistently continue to conduct sharing activities for those in need, making it a routine agenda,” said Krisdiar Porandito, Marketing Communication at ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang.
