Joining Aston Batam Hotel since its opening in 2017, Mrs. Sandra has shown remarkable commitment to her work. Starting her career as a Financial Controller and now holding a crucial role as the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM), Mrs. Sandra has made outstanding contributions to the success of this hotel.

In our interview with Mrs. Sandra, she shared her journey over the past 7 years at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence. "I feel very comfortable working here because I receive tremendous support from the management team and colleagues who always support each other through thick and thin, as well as a healthy working environment," she said. "I also appreciate the owner's attention to the welfare of its employees and their flexibility in providing a balance between work and personal/family life."

Mrs. Sandra's greatest achievement came in 2014 when she earned her Master's degree in Accounting (M.Ak), and then in 2023 when she was entrusted with the position of EAM. These were pivotal moments in her career that marked her extraordinary dedication and proven abilities in assisting with hotel operations management.

As a mother of four children, Mrs. Sandra emphasizes the importance of technology in helping her maintain a balance between work and family. "Being a mother doesn't hinder me from pursuing my career," she said. "I believe that all mothers are shining diamonds in their homes, and I want to inspire all mothers not to be afraid to pursue their career dreams."

With her wise words, Mrs. Sandra shares an inspiring message to all mothers out there: "Believe that your children will be proud to have a strong, smart, and successful mother. Keep fighting and have faith in yourself, God has created women with many talents, keep fighting and believing that you can achieve anything you desire."
