Madiun, 4 July 2022 –  ASTON Madiun Hotel & Conference Center collaborated with Himpunan Pelukis Eks-Karesidenan Madiun (HISMI) and Paguyuban Perupa Madiun to hold a remarkable Painting Exhibition. This exciting exhibition exemplifies ASTON Madiun's dedication to supporting artists, especially painters in the City of Madiun and its surrounding area.

“After the hiatus due to the pandemic, we are trying to raise the spirits of local painters. This exhibition space is a form of support and appreciation for artists who are also related to the tourism sector. Hopefully, everything will return to normal, especially in the tourism and art fields in Madiun City.” said Mira Kiranasasi, General Manager of ASTON Madiun.

The exhibition held on 3-28 July 2022  was opened by the General Manager of ASTON Madiun and attended by 27 local painters. This fascinating exhibition displayed various types of paintings ranging from realist, natural, expressionist, abstract, sketch, and drawing. The concept promoted at the show was the Cemangking bazaar, where the paintings exhibited were small and designed as souvenirs.

The official opening and launch of the painting exhibition held on July 4, 2022, also featured a special live painting performance by Agus Yusuf, a member of the Association of Mouth and Foot Painting Artists (AMFPA) based on Swiss. Seeing people's enthusiasm this year, it is hoped this exhibition will increase in support and attract more visitors in the future.
