Therefore, ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel presented their culinary event, "The Art of Dish, " featuring the best dishes created by the hotel's Chef and Barista on Monday, 27 November 2023 at 10.00 am at Canary Restaurant. Through this event, visitors could interact directly with Chef Saman, the Executive Chef of ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel, about the culinary arts.
The unique part of this event was the food parade by the hotel's chefs, featuring an appetizer of Jellyfish. Various menus were displayed in buffets, such as kecombrang fried rice, Betutu grilled chicken, Kalio meat, ikan tenggiri asam padeh, sweet and sour tempe, and many more. The hotel chef presented some live cooking of grilled gado-gado, sushi making, Thai beef salad rolls, and dessert preparations. The menu ranged from traditional Indonesian to international dishes, such as satay maranggi, tongseng kambing, Turkish chicken kebab, lamien noodles, teppanyaki, salmon en croute, snapper head soup, bakso bomber, and others. The dessert specialty included grilled peuyeum, gelato ice cream and various cakes.
Besides food, there was also a special beverage corner, with everything from coffee to mocktails made by ASTON Priority Simatupang hotel baristas. The drink menu included watermelon frizz, berry mandarin, peanut butter cappuccino, and brown sugar latte.
