Kuta, November 2023 – Chef Muhammad Anwar, affectionately known as Chef Anwar, a skilled chef from 'Pulau Seribu Sungai', Kalimantan, who has traversed various culinary industries, has now joined ASTON Kuta Hotel & Residence.

He started as part of the pre-opening team as Sous Chef at Novotel Ibis Balikpapan for a decade, then continued his career at ASTON Samarinda Hotel and Convention Center, Novotel Grand Shayla Makassar, and Taman Safari Indonesia II Jatim Park and Hotel.

Under his leadership as Executive Chef at ASTON Kuta Hotel & Residence, Chef Anwar is ready to bring the latest innovations to ASTON Kuta Hotel & Residence.
