Sentul, 2023 - Getting together with friends and family for a staycation or business matters at ASTON Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center, a hotel under Archipelago Group, with a modern style brand and one of the leading resorts located only 15 minutes from Bogor and 50 minutes from Jakarta. ASTON Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center in October reopened their Dendra restaurant with a new concept and a fresh design. The restaurant located inside the ASTON Sentul Hotel area also boasts new and exciting menus using, as always, the freshest ingredients.

The reopening event was held with invited clients, hotel guests, and media friends from Jakarta & Bogor. Canapés were served accompanied by acoustic music and door prizes. Guests on the night enjoyed a choice of Hatten Wine, Two Islands, Prost Beer, and Batavia Whiskey products.

"Chef Erick is ready to serve fantastic and creative menus; with more than 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, he has developed and shared his love for the world of cooking from Indonesia to Switzerland. In the Dendra restaurant kitchen, Chef Erick serves several Asian and Western dishes, prioritizing Indonesian cuisine. With signature menus including Singapore curry laksa and oxtail soup. For snack options, garlic cheese cassava and crispy Louisiana Cajun chicken. For the local signatures, grilled rice with cakalang chili sauce, sambal matah seafood fried rice, and crispy duck with green and Madura black chili sauce. Meanwhile, the all-day brunch has choices of surf and turf, classic bacon cheeseburger, sloppy joe submarine sandwich, and meat lovers pizza. For dessert, choco lava, classic cheesecake, and banana fritter are also available. Drinks available are fresh juice, mango, dragon fruit, fresh watermelon, and fresh orange. For cocktail lovers, caipirinha cocktails, whiskey cola, tequila sunrise, and classic martinis." Added Dodi Marsadi, FB Manager.
