During August 2023, this four-star hotel located in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta, has the main theme "Wonderful Indonesia". Not only hotel decorations with Indonesian nuances but all of the events, activity programs, and hotel culinary products also show the diversity of Indonesian culture.

In the culinary area, ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center presents "Wonderful Indonesia" dishes, serving a variety of traditional Indonesian menus ranging from desserts to main dishes, which can be found at the breakfast or lunch buffet at Canary Restaurant. The recommended menu, not to be missed, is "Nasi Bambu," which means "Bamboo Rice" in English. It is called "Bamboo Rice" because it is served using a bamboo container with side dishes such as grilled chicken, fried catfish, tempe mendoan, fried bakwan, chicken satay, and various chili sauces. Various choices of fresh vegetables such as lettuce, leunca, pohpohan leaves, basil, and others are also presented in a unique way in a wooden container like a mini Phinisi ship..

ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center also provides a Kids' Playground which includes educational games, including a playmat called "Ular Tangga Pesona Indonesia," which displays a variety of questions about Indonesian insights, the game "Airplane Juang", a game of flying a paper airplane through the target holes in the boards provided, coloring areas with various Indonesian cultural objects, and watching educational films with Indonesian nuances.

A children's cooking activity program called "The Little Chef" is also provided free of charge with the theme "Wonderful Indonesia," especially for in-house guests. This activity is held at breakfast time in the Canary Restaurant area. On Saturday, 19 August 2023, the hotel chef taught children how to decorate donuts with the theme "Donat Merdeka", decorating donuts like the Indonesian red and white flag. On Sunday, 20 August 2023, children were also taught to make "Mini Tumpeng" with the theme "Tumpeng Merdeka" to present the Indonesia Independence Day ambiance.

The hotel also provides souvenirs of Indonesian traditional mini puppets called “wayang” along with descriptions of their characters for in-house guests.
