Bojonegoro, June 2023 –  Entering the middle of 2023, ASTON Bojonegoro City Hotel carried out a series of routine charitable activities. This June, they held another event in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross: a Blood Donation. This event was held in the ASTON Bojonegoro City Hotel Business Center room, one of the luxurious rooms of this 3-star hotel.

This blood donation action began at 09.00 WIB and was attended by the Bojonegoro Police, representatives of SMKN 1 and SMKN 4 Bojonegoro, and employees of ASTON Bojonegoro City Hotel & favehotel Sudirman Bojonegoro. This event successfully managed to collect 19 blood bags from 30 people who registered.

“This blood donation activity is now a routine activity for our hotel due to its numerous benefits. Apart from being a compassionate humanitarian initiative, blood donation also contributes to improving the health of the donors. Conducting this activity every three months allows us to actively support the Indonesian Red Cross or PMI in meeting the demand for blood supply among those in need”, said Ms. AR Atik Damarjati, General Manager, ASTON Bojonegoro City Hotel and favehotel Sudirman Bojonegoro.

According to Kemkes.go.id, blood donation activities have several health benefits, including helping to lose weight, reducing the risk of developing heart and blood vessel disease, and detecting serious diseases.

This blood donation is also part of the ASTON Bojonegoro City Hotel & favehotel Sudirman Bojonegoro CSR program which we carry out every 3 months.
