Banyuwangi, 30 May 2023 – Education in the world of hospitality in Banyuwangi is experiencing a remarkable expansion, both in terms of availability and quality. This is attributed to the presence of skilled experts and captivating programs that are now more prevalent than ever.

ASTON Banyuwangi offers their Table Manner package promotion, which provides fundamental knowledge for students pursuing a career in hospitality. Catur Rahmadi, the General Manager of ASTON Banyuwangi, emphasized the importance of this program, stating,  'We deliver materials that encompass industry standards and scientific knowledge that we ourselves employ on a daily basis.'

He added, 'Today coincides with the Table Manner Class from SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Genteng, where we provided material and demonstrations starting with a hotel tour, information on rooms, bed setups, menus, and cooking demos by our Chef,'

According to Aria Mahendra, the Executive Chef of ASTON Banyuwangi, the dining experience offered a Western-style set menu. 'Our comprehensive menu featured an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert,' he explained. The meal began with a Warm Chicken Salad as the appetizer, followed by a Vegetable Cream Chicken Soup. The main course consisted of Stuffed Chicken Breast and the indulgent dessert was an American Brownie.

The Table Manner program at ASTON Banyuwangi was conducted under the guidance of the department head, who delivered the course material directly. Additionally, the General Manager of ASTON Banyuwangi, Catur Rahmadi, personally oversaw and provided advice for the Table Manner dining experience.

The Making Bed segment was guided by Shanhaji, the Executive Housekeeper, who provided instructions on mattress arrangement and room cleanliness procedures at the hotel. Ricky Rusfendi, the Front Office Manager, covered the basics of hospitality in his portion of the material.
