Surakarta, March 2023 – ASTON Solo Hotel offers an iftar package called Kampoeng Ramadhan, which features an all-you-can-eat concept during the holy month of Ramadan. The offered price is only IDR 95,000 nett per person. Guests can enjoy a full menu of international standard 4-star hotels, starting from ta'jil, appetizers, soups, main dishes, desserts, drinks, to various live stations and food stall.
Various kinds of ta'jil to break your fast will be available such as dates, kolak, Indonesian traditional snacks, cakes, assorted mini cakes, and others. The dishes served for main meals are menus from various regions of the Indonesian archipelago and will change every day of the week.
Agus Supriyanto, Head Chef of ASTON Solo Hotel, stated, "We are well aware that Indonesia is a vast country with a diverse society that has an abundance of culinary heritage. Therefore, we want to introduce a variety of dishes from all over the archipelago as an iftar menu during Ramadan so that the public is aware of it and it does not bore them because it is constantly rotating."
Every Mondays, we present West Java specialties such as Bekakak Parihyangan Chicken, Majalaya Fish Pepes, Mie Kocok, Siomay Bandung, Betawi Sour soup, and Betawi Soto soup. Furthermore, we serve regional specialties from Sumatra every tuesday, including chicken rendang, catfish curry, Aceh noodles, vegetable tauco, lontong Medan, and soto Padang.
Shifting to Bali, guests will be served a special menu of God's island on Wednesday, including betutu chicken, Balinese spiced dori, jakut urap, Be Sampi fried noodles, and pindang broth salad, which will tickle their taste buds. Sulawesi regional dishes are featured on Thursday, including vegetable sisit chicken, dangkot chicken, woku seasoned dori, rica rado, Manadonese vermicelli, and Makassar coto.
Friday is the turn for culinary delights from the Nusa Tenggara region, such as Sasando chicken, fish with sour chili souce, rumpu rampe, Sumbawa fried noodles, and balap puyung rice. Meanwhile, Javanese specialties will be served on Saturday, including selat solo, chicken tongseng, fish mangut, glass noodles with green chilies, and soto curry. Finally, on Sundays, there are special menus from the Kalimantan region such as lawa prawns, grilled chicken cincame, pindang gami, Pontianak noodles, spicy bubu and Banjar soto.
