Batu, March 13, 2023, Aston inn Batu and PMI Malang Regency held a social action in the form of blood donation as one of the realizations of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in helping to fulfill blood stocks at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). This blood donation activity was open to all employees, hotel guests, and the general public. The blood donation was held on March 13, 2023, at 10.00 WIB at Belis Kitchen & Bar, 8th floor of Aston inn Batu.

In a written statement on Monday (13/3), Human Resources Manager Rivi Maria said, 'apart from donating blood, the PMI team also presented a campaign regarding the importance of donating blood. This campaign aims to educate employees, hotel guests, and the general public that blood donation activities are not just an expression of sharing but also has good benefits for the donor's health, such as early detection of various diseases, stimulation of the spinal cord to produce red blood cells regularly, good for heart health, and reducing stress levels.

Therefore, continued Rivi Maria, through this action, we also encourage the public to carry out routine blood donation activities once every 3 months. As the old blood cells leave the body and are replaced with new ones, it indirectly makes the donor fresher and more youthful. 'This is the first blood donation activity in 2023 that Aston inn Batu has hosted, and we hope we can continue to do it in the future,' he said.

'We are moving towards the same vision: to invite the surrounding community to share the kindness of helping others in need.
