The Importance of Imagination and Ideas in Miniature Photography At Aston Inn Jemursari

Surabaya, February 25, 2023 – It is fascinating to explore the theme of miniature photography, especially with complementary materials such as construction models, buildings, and even miniature vehicles like cars and trains, which look real in the hands of a Miniature Figure Photographer.

Miniature Figure Photography was held at the Juliet Rose Sky Lounge, with Nanang Effendi, a miniature photographer from Sidoarjo, as the speaker. From 15.00 to 18.00, 25 people participated in the activity, bringing equipment such as figures, small toy cars, and several models of houses and buildings.

Amien Tohari, S.E., opened the event with remarks as the Operation Manager of ASTON inn Jemursari, followed by some brief material presented by Nanang Effendi and ending with photographing objects and figures that had been prepared by each participant.

'As seen this afternoon, apart from honing my miniature photography skills, this activity was also a gathering place for the photography community in Surabaya and other cities such as Malang. ASTON inn Jemursari is always open to collaborating with communities in Surabaya, hoping to work together to develop local potential,' Said Amien Tohari, S.E., the first 3 (three) star Smart Hotel Operation Manager in East Java.

The enthusiasm for this afternoon's activities was evident from the many questions asked by the participants during the hands-on practice. Apart from Surabaya, the participants came from Sidoarjo, Kediri, and Malang City. The event was closed with a photo session with all participants, resource persons, and the hotel.

'I really appreciate the event held by ASTON inn Jemursari by collaborating with many communities such as the photography community. Even though I departed from Malang City, I believe that today's activities have many benefits that I and maybe other participants can get. On top of that, friendship is the main thing.' said Heru, one of the participants from Apple City, Malang.
