Semarang, 10 Februari 2023, To kick start February, the month of love, ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang held a cooking class event with Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana at Yon Arhanud 15 Semarang on February 9th, 2023.

This activity started at 9 am in Yon Arhanud 15 field with an opening speech by lieutenant colonel Arh Viki Herwandi S.Sos commander Yon Arhanud 1, followed by Mr. Ibnoe Ichwan Chambali as General Manager ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang. In attendance at the event were also Major Arh M. Arif Yudianto, Vice Commander Arhanud 15/DBY, Mrs. Yuliani Krisharyati, Executive Assistant Manager, Mrs. Sriwulan Indah Human Resources Manager, and other members of the management team. Chef Ganjar Trisaputra held a cooking demo for this special occasion accompanied by pastry team Chef Ari.

Executive Chef Ganjar Trisaputra shared cooking experiences with Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana and tips on making hotel-style dishes, which we hope moms can practice at home. Chef Ganjar Trisaputra demonstrated how to cook two main dishes, Ayam Dangkot, a special dish from Sulawesi made from chicken and spices, and Chicken Parmigiana, a favorite kids' dish worldwide. Children of all ages love this popular Italian chicken dish in the cafe and at home. After cooking the two tasty main dishes, it was time to change to dessert, and on this occasion, Chef Ari made a Fruity Pancake Roll.

During this cooking class, Executive Chef Ganjar Trisaputra had a chance to explain step by step how to make both dishes and answered all the questions Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana asked in a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere.
