After a 3-year absence, the General Managers Conference is back with the title “Kaizen and the Art of Marginal Gains.” Kaizen means to be better, while marginal gains, in this case, are more inclined towards constantly moving forward and making progress. This year’s conference was held at one of Archipelago’s properties, the ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel and Conference Center.
The General Managers Conference brings together the general managers of all Archipelago Group hotels in Indonesia to discuss property developments and recognize hotels that have demonstrated excellent business and service results. This event was attended by John Flood, President and CEO of Archipelago International, Charles Brookfield, Chairman of Archipelago International, and Winston Hanes, Vice President of Operations at Archipelago International. Alongside them were General Managers from more than 100 hotel units of the Archipelago group.

1st Highest Score of Housekeeping Arch Audit in the 4-5 star hotel category
1st Highest Global Review Index Score 2022, based on positive comments from guests and
2nd Highest Total Revenue 2022, from the total income generated this year.

He also explained that the results from the Archipelago Audit placed the housekeeping department of ASTON Sentul with the highest score in the 4-5 star hotel category.
