Cirebon, November 14, 2024 – Osmosis Music & Eatery is set to launch its latest menu featuring Dry Aged Beef. This restaurant will be the first to offer the finest Dry Aged Beef. Customers will be able to enjoy premium cuts of meat processed using the Dry Aging method, which involves reducing the moisture content in the meat. This process aims to provide a richer flavor, more tender texture, and deeper aroma.

Dry Aging is a process that enhances the taste and tenderness of meat, particularly beef. It involves storing large cuts of meat in a controlled environment for a specific period, usually between 30 to 120 days. Osmosis Music & Eatery utilizes a Dry Ager machine, a specialized tool that ensures optimal meat quality. The Dry Ager also features UV light and Himalayan salt, which help to kill bacteria, ensuring the meat remains sterile and safe for consumption.

Food and Beverage Director, Bagus Aria Widiawan, stated, “Guests can enjoy a variety of Dry Aged Beef options and sizes, such as Sirloin Steak priced at Rp 475,000++ per serving, Ribeye Steak at Rp 555,000++ per serving, and T-Bone Steak priced at Rp 795,000++ per serving. Additionally, customers will receive a complimentary Fresh Green Salad to balance the flavors.”
