 Semarang, February 7, 2025 – Still embracing the Chinese New Year spirit, this February, Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang presents special dishes that guests can enjoy both in the restaurant and through room service: Lamian and Dimsum.

 

Lamian is a traditional Chinese noodle dish made using a unique hand-pulled technique, where the dough is repeatedly stretched and twisted without breaking. It is served in a flavorful broth with various taste options. Although similar to ramen, Lamian has its own distinct flavor. Meanwhile, Dimsum is also a traditional Chinese dish consisting of small plates filled with dumplings and other bite-sized delights.

 

Recognizing the popularity of these dishes, Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang is excited to introduce Lamian and Dimsum to its menu. There are four Lamian options: Lamian Chicken Crispy, Lamian Chicken & Mushroom, Lamian Hong Kong Chicken, and Lamian Spicy Beef & Mushroom. Our team prepares the noodles in-house using fresh ingredients and follows the authentic hand-pulled technique to ensure the noodles are fresh and of the highest quality.

 

For Dimsum, we offer seven selections: Angsio Chicken Feet, Mantou, Chicken Siomay, Hakau, Red Bean Bun, Green Bean Bun, and Spring Rolls.
