Madiun, January 28, 2025 –  Chinese New Year has always been a special moment for people to gather and celebrate together with joy. Amid the growing awareness of preserving traditions while strengthening bonds of brotherhood, Aston Madiun Hotel & Conference Center successfully hosted a Chinese New Year celebration with the theme "Wisdom & Prosperity" at H&E Restaurant on January 28, 2025. The Yu Sheng tradition, known as a symbol of luck and prosperity, became the highlight of the festive evening.

"Yu Sheng is not just a dish; it is a ritual rich in philosophy. The higher we toss it, the greater our hopes for good fortune in the new year. We wanted to provide an authentic experience that connects cultural meaning with togetherness," said Chef Subadri, Executive Chef of Aston Madiun.
