To make this romantic occasion even more memorable, Aston Solo Hotel presents “Romance Under The Stars”, an intimate candlelit dinner designed to create lasting memories with your loved one.

Picture this: a beautiful evening under a starlit sky, soft candlelight flickering on your table, and a thoughtfully crafted menu that takes you on a journey of flavors. The night begins with Parmigiana Bliss Bites, crispy chicken topped with rich Napoli sauce, melted mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Next comes Archipelago Ceviche, a fresh seafood medley marinated in calamansi juice, coconut vinegar, and served in a crisp tartlet.

To warm things up, guests will be served a comforting Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, a velvety blend of roasted butternut squash, cream, ginger, and cinnamon, paired with garlic bread. For the main course, you’ll have two mouthwatering choices: Grilled Beef Tenderloin, a perfectly seared meltique tenderloin with red cabbage roulade, polenta croquettes, and a signature Javanese rica sauce; or Grilled Salmon, Norwegian salmon grilled to perfection, served with truffle mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a Balinese-style mango tamarind salsa. To end on a sweet note, there’s Pistachio Rose Saffron Panna Cotta, a delicate combination of saffron caramel mango, cotton candy, and pistachios.
