Semarang, December 20, 2024 – On the special occasion of its 7th anniversary, ASTON Inn Pandanaran Semarang expressed appreciation to its employees with the award of The Best Employee 2024 and held an office decoration competition to celebrate its 7th anniversary.

We are grateful that ASTON Inn Pandanaran has, over the years, contributed to the business hotel competition in Semarang and achieved great success, marking various accomplishments. These achievements would not have been possible without the hard work of our employees. Therefore, we show appreciation to the employees based on their general performance. In 2024, we awarded the Best Leadership Impact Recognition to Mr. Faris Hermanto, Duty Manager from the Front Office Department, and the Best Supporting Staff award to Nur Sabdo Prasetyo, Room Attendant from the Housekeeping Department. The awards were presented during the 7th Anniversary celebration of Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang.

In addition to the Best Employee awards, the management of Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang organized an office decoration competition, which was participated by all departments, including the office of Mr. Ibnoe Ichwan Chambali, the General Manager. During this event, Mr. Ibnoe decorated his office with a football theme. The judging panel, consisting of one representative from each department, determined the winners. The results were as follows: 3rd place was won by the Engineering Department with the theme Sky to the 7th, 2nd place went to the Accounting Department with the theme Galaxy, and 1st place was awarded to the Human Resources Department with the theme Fun & Shimmering Celebration of Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang’s 7th Anniversary.
