Serang, January 2025 – We are thrilled to unveil our newest culinary offering, the New York Steak, a dish designed to elevate the dining experience for steak lovers every Wednesday and Saturday. This sirloin beef steak is marinated in a rich Cajun blend, expertly crafted with a combination of paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and other spices, delivering a bold and savory flavor. The steak is available in two sizes: 200 grams and 150 grams, catering to varying appetites.
To complement the steak, we have prepared a vibrant selection of sautéed vegetables, including broccoli, carrots, green beans, champignon mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes, ensuring a balanced and fresh accompaniment. For added richness, a selection of sauces is available on the side, including smoky BBQ sauce, creamy mushroom sauce, black pepper sauce, and velvety cream sauce, allowing for a customized dining experience.
The New York Steak is meticulously prepared, with the sirloin marinated for at least one hour to ensure the deepest infusion of flavors. It is then grilled to the desired level of doneness, guaranteeing a tender and juicy result. The vegetables are sautéed until tender yet crisp, seasoned lightly with salt, pepper, and butter, while the potatoes are prepared to suit individual preferences—whether mashed to a creamy texture or fried and baked to a crispy finish.
Presented elegantly, the New York Steak is served alongside sautéed vegetables and the selected potato options, with the sauces provided on the side for guests to enjoy at their leisure. This dish promises to be a highlight of our menu, offering a perfect balance of rich flavors and textures that will delight all who indulge.
