“This theme is inspired by the famous Coachella music festival with a Bohemian style concept, which then became Bohochella,” said Rari Maharani, Marcom Manager of Aston Makassar.

Through this theme, Rari explained that the management has prepared various events to entertain guests staying at the hotel, including a dinner with contemporary music, dozens of door prizes, and hundreds of drop balloons to add to the excitement of the New Year's Eve celebration.

Furthermore, Aston Makassar’s General Manager, Tammy Helen Rotty, explained that the management is offering more affordable room package rates than usual, ranging from the lowest room type, the Deluxe Room, to the Presidential Suite.

“These room rates are the most affordable compared to usual, starting from IDR 2,350,000 nett for a Deluxe Room, including access to the New Year’s event,” she added.

With this price, Helen further mentioned that guests will not only get premium accommodation but also full access to various exciting activities throughout the night, from dinner, door prizes, games, to interactive quizzes that will make the evening even more festive.

"This room package includes dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 7, access to the New Year's Eve event, gifts, and souvenirs in the room, welcome snacks, door prizes, and even a chance to win the Grand Prize,” Helen said.

Food Menu and Events

The management will provide a special food menu with around 200 menu variations available at the Ballroom area, including Western, Indonesian, and local dishes.

Committee Chairman, Iwan Kholid, explained that this year’s event will be different from usual because the dinner, which was traditionally held on the 17th floor, will now take place in the Ballroom and ON20 Hall.

“About 200 food menus will be served in the Ballroom, and many of the main events like the Band, door prize distribution, and games will also take place in the Ballroom, while the peak of the New Year's Eve celebration will be held in ON20 Hall, on the 20th floor,” added Iwan.

In addition, Iwan mentioned that besides the Band and Door Prizes, there will also be a kids’ playground to entertain guests with children.

Iwan also reminded everyone not to miss the highlight moment at midnight when we will celebrate the arrival of the New Year with excitement and announce the winner of the Grand Prize: a round-trip ticket to Bali, including a 3-day 2-night stay.
