Serang, 11 November 2024 – Aston Hotels in Banten has achieved remarkable success at the GM Conference 2024, held from 4-7 November 2024 in Batam. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of the team, three Aston properties in the region—Aston Serang Hotel & Convention Center, Aston Cilegon Boutique Hotel, and Aston Anyer Beach Hotel—were recognized with several prestigious awards. These achievements reflect the hotels' exceptional service quality and demonstrate Aston Hotels' commitment to supporting the development of Banten as a leading tourism and business destination.

 

Aston Serang Hotel & Convention Center won the following awards:

  • Highest GRI YTD 2024 – #1
  • Highest Score for Housekeeping – #1
  • Highest Score for Front Office – #1
  • Second Highest Score for F&B Service – #2

In addition, Aston Cilegon Boutique Hotel received the Second Highest Score for Engineering Arch Audit in the 4-5 Star Hotel Category. Aston Anyer Beach Hotel was awarded the Top Ten Highest Audit Score for the Human Resources Department.
