Road to 5th Anniversary Aston Gresik Hotel & Conference Center: Group Gymnastics, Distributing Reading Glasses, Sharing Health Drinks and Happiness at the Panti Jompo Lestari

 To celebrate its 5th anniversary, Aston Gresik Hotel & Conference Center held a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities at the Panti Jompo Lestari as a gesture of care for the community, especially the elderly.

 

The CSR event began with a group exercise session, which the elderly residents and nursing home staff enthusiastically participated in. This activity aimed to enhance physical fitness and bring joy to their daily routines. The smiles and enthusiasm of all participants reflected the happiness they felt throughout the event.

 

In addition to the exercise session, Aston Gresik Hotel & Conference Center collaborated with Klinik Mata Utama to provide free eye health check-ups. This gave the elderly and staff a chance to evaluate their vision health. As part of the program, Aston Gresik Hotel & Conference Center and Klinik Mata Utama also distributed free reading glasses to those in need, improving their quality of life. Support from Smile Good Nutrition added further value to this event, with 73 bottles of Protein Fresh Drink—a health beverage—distributed to participants to provide nutritious support for their well-being.

 

The CSR activities concluded with distributing lunch boxes from Aston Gresik Hotel & Conference Center and a symbolic handover of donations to the nursing home staff and elderly residents. This gesture demonstrated appreciation and care for all participants. The lunch boxes contained healthy meals specially prepared by the hotel’s food & beverage team.
